I was given extremely spacious room with a lovely garden, the bathroom plus shower. And the facilities were really good. Friendly service was provided here. Could use their free parking. Location: the hotel was very close to the square around the corner and shops.

This hotel is outstanding in so many ways. its location in the centre of the ancient city is perfect. It's very near to several restaurants, making it convenient for dining out. Secondly, the rooms are beautifully decorated with stylish interiors, and I particularly loved the walk-in shower in my room. The icing on the cake was the rooftop terrace, offering stunning views of the city. Lastly, the breakfast provided is top-notch, with a Nespresso coffee machine and a variety of delicious pastries available. All in all, this hotel provides excellent value for money and attention to detail.

We were able to walk to several restaurants and enjoy delicious meals. the hotel is located right next to the cathedral, which provided a charming atmosphere and a convenient way to keep track of time. the cobbled street leading to the hotel is absolutely beautiful, giving the whole experience a quaint and authentic feel. the room was spacious and comfortable, with great storage and lovely windows with shutters. the decor was restful, featuring interesting artwork by local artists. the bed was large and extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the bathroom, though smallish, was adequate and pleasant. the cleanliness of the hotel was maintained at a good standard, and the staff, particularly Pierangela, were friendly and helpful. the hotel also offered self-service coffee and pastries in the entrance hall, which was a nice touch.

The shower in our room was not up to par and seemed to be impacted by usage from other rooms. Although this wasn't a huge issue during our summer stay, it could be problematic during times of high occupancy.
